COME ORDINARE E DETERMINARE LE SPESE DI SPEDIZIONE:
Il sistema permette  al cliente di concludere l'ordine inserendo i prodotti nel carrello e completando l’ordine secondo la procedura.
Il sistema  non inserisce le spese di spedizione per paesi differenti all’Italia.  
Successivamente al ricevimento dell'ordine, il nostro personale invierà un preventivo personalizzato di spese di trasporto al cliente.
HOW TO ORDER AND DETERMINE THE SHIPPING COSTS:
The system allows the customer to complete a transaction by placing products into your shopping cart and then proceeding to the checkout.
The system does not enter the shipping costs for countries other than Italy.
Upon receipt of  the order,  our staff will send a custom quote for the shipping costs to the client.

Per ogni ordine viene calcolato il costo di spedizione sulla base del ”peso volumetrico del pacco”.
Sulla base della lunghezza, larghezza, altezza e il relativo peso del pacco viene stabilita la migliore tariffa proposta dai nostri corrieri d'appoggio (UPS, BARTOLINI, SDA).
For each order,  the shipping cost is calculated on the basis of “dimensional weight of the package”.
On the basis of length, width, height and the relative weight of the package. We will agree the best rate offered by our partner couriers (UPS, BARTOLINI, SDA).

A seguito di tale preventivo, il cliente potrà decidere di confermare o meno l'ordine con l'ammontare delle spese di spedizione stabilite e comunicate via email al cliente.
Following this quote, the customer may decide to confirm the order or not with the total amount of the shipping cost quoted by email directly to the customer.

Gli ordini con spedizione  in paesi diversi dall’Italia vengono effettuati  esclusivamente con pagamento anticipato tramite bonifico bancario, Carta di Credito, Paypal.
Orders that require shipping to countries outside of Italy are only accepted with prepayment by bank transfer, credit card, or via Paypal.

I tempi di consegna variano dai 4 ai 5 giorni lavorativi e variano a seconda della destinazione.  Il cliente verrà informato via email delle tempistiche di spedizione.

Non appena il  pacco sarà spedito,  sarà fornito per mezzo di un e-mail, dal nostro Customer Service, il numero di lettera di vettura associato alla spedizione.
Questo numero ti permetterà di conoscere le tempistiche e lo stato di avanzamento del tuo pacco collegandoti in modo semplice alla pagina relativa all’International Web Tracker.
As soon as the parcel is shipped,  you will be sent an email by our Customer Services department, the waybill number associated to the shipping will also be provided.
This number will allow you to find out the estimated time of delivery and to track the progress of your parcel by connecting to the International Web Tracker page.

Non si accettano ordini con indirizzo di spedizione a caselle postali. Non si accettano ordini con consegna presso Uffici Postali, Hotel e simili organizzazioni salvo che il destinatario sia impiegato presso queste strutture.
We do not accept orders with shipping address that are PO boxes. We do not accept orders for delivery at post offices, hotels or similar unless the recipient is employed at these facilities.
